Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor with many years experience in the commercial sector. On the professional, his main focus is Dilapidations, Acquisition Reports, and matters such as Fire Insurance Valuations.

In recent times he has been involved in planning, developing, and constructing a large-scale, brown-field Commercial Park in East Anglia.
